In fermentation, microbes or enzymes are converted into organic substances. A classic fermented food is "sauerkraut." Fermentation takes place under an air seal and usually in the dark.

This series of fermentation pots is about the transfer of the hidden fermentation process to the outside.  
There is a the relationship between the cultivation of biological mass inside and the cultivation of thoughts outside. In asdition I developed a matching collection
of tableware and vessels.
